This site is for the exclusive use of authorized administrators of Houston County Schools.
The Online Job Center Portal will help you, the hiring manager, accomplish the following:
1. Job Request. The Portal enables you to electronically notify HR of a position vacancy and if applicable, request the job be posted to the Online Application System.
2. Search. Advanced search capabilities allow you to query the applicant database based on your specific position criteria. You may view applicant records from one central, organized location.
3. Recommendation. Now you are able to electronically submit your recommendation for hire to HR for approval and kick-off the new hire on-boarding process. 4. Resources. You can click on the Applicants tab itself to access a variety of resources to help you with the hiring process.
Note: Administrators must register to use the system. Click the Register link at the top. Once registered and approved, your username and password CANNOT be shared with any other person.
